Human.exe
Human.exe explores what it means to be human in a world shaped by digital systems. It looks at the tension between who we are naturally and who we become through screens, data, and online identities. Using hyper-realistic portraiture combined with glitch effects, such as distortions, color shifts, and fragmented visuals, the works reflect the pressure of constantly existing in both physical and digital spaces. These portraits are not just representations of people, but reflections of a mind navigating between reality and a constructed version of itself. The series suggests that our original, unfiltered selves are slowly being replaced by curated versions, refined, controlled, but often disconnected. What remains is something in between: part human, part digital trace. Human.exe asks a simple but unsettling question: as we adapt to these systems, what parts of us are we losing and what are we becoming instead?
